OVERSÁEZ (Sáez/Westergaard/Ott) is a piano trio based in Berlin.

In January 2025, the trio recorded their debut album in the legendary MPS-Studio in Villingen. OVERSÁEZ combines an extraordinary mix of European classical music, jazz elements, and open improvisation. The music is characterized by a fascinating blend of structured, thoughtful compositions and free, intuitive moments.

The upcoming album "Abstract emotions" will be released on June 13th 2025 on Boomslang Records.

"High Sáez is a duo project by pianist Sandro Sáez and producer High John.

Together, they combine what they can do best: Jazzpiano and Lo-Fi Hip Hop Beats.

Starting with John's signature drums, Sandro elegantly improvises creative melodies and chords, creating melancholy, hopeful, and always relaxed atmospheres.

In 2019 they released their first EP called "HighSáez", followed by their first Album in 2022 called "Realm of ideas" which has already hit over 5 millions streams on Spotify."

"The Nordsnø Ensemble is devoted to combining Scandinavian folklore with elements of modern jazz and progressive rock. Mystical moods in Scandinavian folksongs meet spheric soundscapes, pervasive rhythms and lyrical song.

The band’s focus is on traditional songs and their lyrics, newly interpreted by lush and rich arrangements as well as melodious improvisations.

Listeners dive into the untouched wide-open fjords, walk through forests and feel the mysticism of the mountains in Scandinavia, making them able to escape from their turbulent daily life for a while."

"The Collective Abroad performs contemporary improvised music, which reflects influences from music scenes of the seven members: Berlin (DE), Hamburg (DE), Groningen (NL), Tallinn (EE), Basel (CH) and Aalborg (DK). Their music combines the groove of modern jazz with an intimate atmosphere of nordic folk and explosive power of a top class horn section. The Collective Abroad takes listeners on an exciting journey all around European jazz metropoles.

Since its foundation in 2019, the band performed eight european tours and played at festivals such as Elbjazz (Hamburg, DE), Classical Beat (DE), Swingin' Groningen (NL), Jazzkaar (EE), Aarhus Jazz Festival (DK), Supernova Jazz Blast (Aalborg, DK) and Vinterjazz (DK)."

"The Bastian Menz Quintett plays the compositions of the bandleader Bastian Menz and consists of 5 musicians living in Hamburg and Berlin. 

The band has a warm, soft sound and is characterized by lyrical melodies and floaty grooves, but yet always swinging and energetic."

The debut album of the Quintett has been released in April 2023, and is called "Seasons".
